We’ve seen what good tools can do when the rules fit how people work, and what goes wrong when the rules don’t. We’ve worked where security, privacy and ambition all had to coexist. Between us, we’ve worked at Monzo, NASA and the White House: places where protecting sensitive information, respecting privacy and doing cutting-edge work all had to happen at once. We know that balance from the inside.
We started GTL because the hardest part of adopting new tools, AI included, is rarely the technology. It’s how people work, what they’re allowed to do, and whether the rules put in place actually get followed. Rules that overlook people get overlooked, and rules made with employees in mind get followed. We bring organisational psychology to understand your employees, and work alongside your legal and technical teams so the rules we put in place are rules people follow.
Employees are three times as likely to feel very prepared to work with AI when their leaders have communicated a clear plan for it. (Gallup, 2025)
