Operations Lead

With a background in organisational psychology, Yohji has conducted research on AI’s impact on work engagement and work exhaustion for employees, and has worked to understand the impact of the recruitment landscape for Levlr, an AI recruitment platform. At Monzo, he worked in customer operations, streamlining workflows and communicating employee feedback to improve team policies. At GTL he runs operations, from understanding an organisation’s workflows to creating an environment where shadow AI can be limited. Outside work, he enjoys running and travelling.

Sunvy, Research Lead at Gateway Talent Labs

Sunvy

Research Lead

A Fulbright Scholar with a background in organisational psychology, Sunvy has worked closely with leaders at the highest levels. He supported the Administrator of NASA, worked as a correspondence associate for former Vice President Kamala Harris and now supports two startup executives with operations and administration. At GTL he leads our research, turning what we find about how people and organisations work, share information and adopt new tools into practical recommendations. Outside work, he enjoys coaching and playing pickleball.
